Throne of Gloom is a 4 Star, Very Rare Spell in Card Wars. It can be obtained as a loot in Quest 50 or through the Algebraic Chest/Cool Chest, or through crafting at the Card Forge.

Throne of Gloom is a great card to use for more magic points, when you have a low cost building like Corn Dome in your hand. Work good with Peppermint Butler.
Tips[]
Just plop the building down, activate the card (Note: has a cost of one magic point to play, so you will need 1 or more magic points to be able to make use of its effect) and voila! You have more magic points to summon, activate spells , floop your creatures, create more buildings or even repeat the same process again!
