Use creatures with 20 or more attack. Another way is to Skull Juice it, then use Cerebral Bloodstorm. Also, use a creature with 5 or more attack, then Skull Juice it.

Do not floop this card when it has 1 or 2 health because it will instantly kill it. Use this card if you are desperate to kill creatures like Patchy the Pumpkin. Also, use it on Dr. Death and then attack to instantly kill Dr. Death. Be careful when you use Cough Syrup on it because your opponent might have a Cerebral Bloodstorm. Floop creatures such as Earl or Husker Knight to Boost its attack as it has little attack. Do not Boost its attack too much, otherwise it can be killed by Cerebral Bloodstorm.
